Matthias Willenbrink

As Managing Director Matthias Willenbrink is responsible for international investigations, major domestic cases, forensic consulting and Risk- and Security Consulting projects.

In 2005 he got the Barry Trigwell award as outstanding international investigator, issued from the World Association of Professional Investigators (WAPI) in Birmingham/ UK.

He has 28 yeas of professional investigative experience, among them 13 yearsas detective with the Lower Saxony Police in Germany.

He is furthermore director of the AXOM International Ltd the head of the AXOM Group in London and member of the board of directors of the World Association of Detectives (WAD) in USA.

In addition he is a member of the German Investigator Association BDD e.V.

Stefanie Willenbrink

Stefanie Willenbrink Managing Director ans responsible for domestic investigations within in entire Germany. The heads the investigator team in Berlin and furthermore coordinates cases between the AXOM offices in Germany.

She has extensive experience as Managing Director of other Branches.

Andreas Heim

Andreas Heim got an education in communication engineering and studied law and criminalistic in Berlin. After long years in law enforcement he works as private investigator and security consultant since 1990.

He is a certified investigator from the central investigator education organization (ZAD GmbH), which he heads as managing director today.

He furthermore got a degree as Security Manager from the European Institute for postgraduade education at the University Dresden and got further training as Security Expert at the European Professional- and Oeconomic Academy in Basel Switzerland. He is a well known witness expert in German courts on security issues for the BDFS association of security experts.

In addition he is vice president of the German Association of international investigators (BID e.V) and editor of the security magazine "der Detektiv" in Austria. He furthermore is a lecture on "Competitive Intelligence" at the Association for Security in Economy (VSW e.V) in Lower Saxony.

With AXOM he is responsible for Security Consulting and Risk Consulting projects.

Bianca Ullrich

Bianca Ullrich joined AXOM at the beginning of 2007. She used to study law at the University of Potsdam. With AXOM she is responsible as assistant for international cases.

Furthermore she is a specialist on online researches.

Erik Burmann

Erik Burmann joined AXOM in 2008, after five years of experience as investigator to another agency.

He is responsible for field investigations in the Greater Berlin area.

Markus Kollhoff

Markus Kollhoff has more than 25 years of experience in Marketing and Sales. 

He is responsible for In-House investigations and phone interviews.

Silke Eick

Silke Eick cares about all secretary matters, among them administration, invoicing and payments.
